101 Things in 1,001 Days

Here is my full list of the 101 things I want to accomplish in 1,001 days! This will be my 3rd time making a list (second list available here) and my focus and priorities change with each one. I transferred over a few items from my last list that either I didn’t get to and still want to accomplish or I want to accomplish again.

This list starts August 15, 2019 and will end May 12, 2022. I don’t have all 101 things figured out yet, but I will update as I add them!

  1. Pay off my graduate school student loan
  2. Pay off at least one credit card
  3. Reinvest in my retirement account
  4. Triple the amount of money in my emergency savings account
  5. Go to the eye doctor for an updated prescription
  6. Get all the geriatric cat work done at the vet
  7. Find a primary care doctor I like
  8. Experience a yoga retreat
  9. Run in ten races
  10. Try snowshoeing
  11. Go ziplining
  12. Go tandem skydiving
  13. Spend the day sledding
  14. Do five consecutive pull-ups
  15. Go rock climbing (indoor or outdoor)
  16. Go hiking/camping for the weekend
  17. Ice skate on an outdoor pond
  18. Play paintball
  19. Kayak on the Rappahannock River
  20. Take a self-defense course
  21. Run a 10k
  22. Plant a garden
  23. Try ten new restaurants
  24. Cook five new recipes together with K
  25. Take a cooking class
  26. Learn how to cook a Thanksgiving Day turkey
  27. Go one month without ordering takeout
  28. Go apple picking in the Fall
  29. Have lobster in Maine
  30. Do tastings at ten new wineries
  31. Tour a historical part of Virginia

  33. Travel to two new U.S. states
  34. Travel to a different country
